No more than a year ago formed, but in most Tech House temples already known like Paul Bocuse in cockaigne. Before the first record 50 WAYS (LNZ 011) was released no one would have guessed that FRESH FRIED could achieve such a big success. And only a few weeks after putting out the awesome second 12 inch MADNESS (LNZ15) Chris Wood, Nedzad Berovic and Frank Leicher return to serve their third musical création à la Minimal Maison, which is also the dessert from their debut album THE MENUE (LNZ17). In best delicious tradition of the well known Frankfurt Tech House label Level Non Zero, INSTANT SOUP also takes ten minutes to develop its full flavour. Beginning with the macerating of the zesty 808 basis including flangered bass and digitally preserved rim sounds, the chef heads increase the heat, add some crisp filtered vocal croutons and bring it to the scalding maximum after six minutes.

On the flip FRESH FRIED mate MATT STAR demonstrates impressively how to create a mild tangy variation with click-groovy accentuation just by changing the ratio of the condiments.
